If you are in the Jersey City area, we highly recommend doing business with the Standard Tile location there. We have 3 renovation projects going on at the moment (we also had one last year), and Joe has been extremely helpful, good natured, and very patient no matter how many times we call, stop in, etc. Also, we found a tile we liked elsewhere, and he was able to order it for us, and at a lower cost than the overpriced competitor. As we submit this review, our Master Bath is being tiled. Beautiful tile, and it looks fantastic. What a pleasure it is doing business at the Jersey City location. Thank you again!

Gentlemen: If you want me to write a review, I will. The only thing that is important to me is to go on record about Pasquale in Roxbury. It has been some few years that I have come to rely on his advice and counsel. I have a few rental properties and he is always there with the right suggestion whether for the rentals or one of our personal homes. Recently, a bathroom was being renovated in a medium-rent two-family home and the floor was to be done and a corner shower, custom tiled, was replacing the large square hulk there priorly. I didn't want to make a mistake which if the wrong selection were made -- considering the custom pan and all the other costs -- would have been a big one. I wanted it to look good but not outshine the rather small simple unit(which is for rent!). I thought I knew what was called for but thank heavens I listened to Pat. I was afraid it would look overdone but his suggestion looks completely appropriate and like stone. I upgraded the price more than I had planned but such is my faith in Pasquale's judgement that it turned out to look just as I would ever have wanted. Pat is unfailingly kind, polite, helpful and I admire the way he manages to give good service to all even when there are more than one or two customers to be dealt with.
